Prepare the mixture: Mix Carnation® Evaporated Milk with La Lechera® Condensed Milk, Nestle® Half Cream, double cream cheese, and egg. Beat until completely dissolved and set aside until use.
Don't throw away the cans you used! Wash and dry them thoroughly, then grease them with a little butter and sugar. Set aside.
Prepare the caramel: Pour the sugar and lemon juice into a small pot, heat over low heat, and you will notice how it starts to melt and take on a bronzed tone, remove from the heat. Pour and distribute the caramel at the bottom of the cans and let it cool. Then add the blended mixture and fill the can above halfway, cover with aluminum foil and place the cans in a pot, pour a little water at the bottom of the pot (without touching the cans), cover the pot and cook on low heat for 25 minutes, making sure the water does not evaporate.
Check that the flan is ready before removing it from the heat and let it cool. Serve and decorate with strawberries and mint.
