1 sheath vanilla essence
3.4 ounces whipping cream
10.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
4 tablespoons honey
4.5 ounces blueberry
4.5 ounces raspberries
1.76 ounces brown sugar, powder

In a large bowl, scrape the vanilla pod and add the cream.
Using a hand-held electric mixer, whip the cream and vanilla until it is firm but not stiff.
With a large metal spoon, gently fold in the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and honey into the mixture.
Divide the raspberries and blueberries into four shallow, wide ramekins (traditional brulee ramekins have a diameter of about 12cm and an oval shape).
Pour the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture over the cream, dividing it equally among the molds.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Brulee the tops of the molds on a grill just before serving; if done in advance, it will lose the crunchy sugar topping.
