No-Bake Raspberry and Blueberry Creme Brulee

  • 1 sheath vanilla essence
  • 3.4 ounces whipping cream
  • 10.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4.5 ounces blueberry
  • 4.5 ounces raspberries
  • 1.76 ounces brown sugar, powder

  • In a large bowl, scrape the vanilla pod and add the cream.
  • Using a hand-held electric mixer, whip the cream and vanilla until it is firm but not stiff.
  • With a large metal spoon, gently fold in the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and honey into the mixture.
  • Divide the raspberries and blueberries into four shallow, wide ramekins (traditional brulee ramekins have a diameter of about 12cm and an oval shape).
  • Pour the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture over the cream, dividing it equally among the molds.
  • Sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Brulee the tops of the molds on a grill just before serving; if done in advance, it will lose the crunchy sugar topping.
