Nut Bars with Yoghurt

These nut bars with yoghurt are the perfect and nutritious snack for mid-morning or mid-afternoon. They are crunchy, full of flavor, and have a sweet touch that you will love.

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes, whole
  • 2 Activia® mango passion fruit with quinoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cups almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cups cranberries

  • Blend the oats with the cereal, Activia® Mango Passion Fruit Yoghurt with Quinoa, and the vanilla.
  • In a bowl, mix the yoghurt blend with the coconut, almonds, and walnuts.
  • Pour into a square mold lined with parchment paper and even out with a spoon.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, unmold, and cut into bars. Serve.
