Beat the eggs and oil at low speed for two minutes. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until incorporated, then, without stopping to beat, add the evaporated milk. Add the flour and nuts, and beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
The mixture is poured into the mold and baked at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
