Nut Tarts

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter , for the filling
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 3 cups nut , chopped

  • The butter and cheese are taken out of the refrigerator beforehand, the first three ingredients are kneaded together, wrapped in plastic, and refrigerated for 1 hour.
  • The filling is made by mixing the sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla, then the chopped nuts are added last.
  • In the smallest muffin molds, grease them, take a small ball of the dough, place it in the mold, add the filling, and bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • They are taken out of the oven and allowed to cool.
