Nutritious Oat Cookies

These cookies are great because they are pure fiber, super nutritious, and delicious; you can give them as lunch to your kids.

  • 1 cup oats
  • 5 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil

  • Sift the wheat flour with the baking powder.
  • Mix well with whole wheat flour, sugar, and oats.
  • Combine with the liquids (oil and water) until you get a homogeneous mixture and form balls of the same size. This recipe should yield approximately 100 balls; flatten them and shape as desired.
  • Bake at 180º C for about 20 minutes and it's ready.
