Nutritious Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are great because they are pure fiber, super nutritious and delicious, you can give them lunch to your children.

  • 1 cup oats
  • 5 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • Sift the wheat flour with the royal.
  • Mix well with wholemeal flour, sugar and oats.
  • Mix with the liquids (oil and water) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and we make balls of the same size. This recipe should leave about 100 balls, flatten and shape.
  • Bake at 180º C approx. about 20 minutes and that's it.
