Oat and Fruit Crisps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • In a bowl, mix oats, sugar, and salt and set aside.
  • Melt the butter and let it cool, add the eggs pre-mixed with vanilla and mix everything very well.
  • Add to the previous mixture, the oats, sugar, and salt mixture, and the nuts (walnuts, almonds, blueberries, etc.) or to taste, stir everything perfectly until it becomes a non-thick mixture.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop tablespoons of the mixture with space between each spoonful.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the crisps are golden brown, let cool, and enjoy, they are delicious!
