In a bowl, mix oats, sugar, and salt and set aside.
Melt the butter and let it cool, add the eggs pre-mixed with vanilla and mix everything very well.
Add to the previous mixture, the oats, sugar, and salt mixture, and the nuts (walnuts, almonds, blueberries, etc.) or to taste, stir everything perfectly until it becomes a non-thick mixture.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop tablespoons of the mixture with space between each spoonful.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crisps are golden brown, let cool, and enjoy, they are delicious!
