Oat Cake

Rich and delicious oat cake, perfect for breakfast or as a nice dessert after a meal.

  • 400 grams oats
  • 1 kilo flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

  • Put the milk in a saucepan and break the 4 eggs and add them.
  • Add the flour and sugar.
  • Add the oats and stir well.
  • Add the baking powder and pour the mixture into a mold.
  • Place in the oven at 200º C for approximately 20 minutes; the cake will be ready when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
