Oatmeal Banana Souffle

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 bananas, crushed
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Quaker® old fashioned oats, to decorate

  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  • In a bowl add Quaker® Oat Hot Cakes sugar, cinnamon and milk, add bananas and integrate.
