2 tablespoons Quaker® oat hot cakes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 bananas, crushed
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
1/4 cups blueberries
1/4 cups raspberries
2 tablespoons Quaker® old fashioned oats, to decorate

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
In a bowl add Quaker® Oat Hot Cakes sugar, cinnamon and milk, add bananas and integrate.
Beat the whites for 5 minutes until they double in volume. Reservation.
Beat the yolks for 5 minutes until they are fluffy and change color.
Integrate the whites into the yolks and mix in an enveloping way, add the preparation of the bananas, mix gently, until integrated.
Pour over molds for soufflé, previously floured.
Add oatmeal to decorate.
Bake for 35 min.
Garnish with berries.
