Oatmeal Cupcakes

Easy and simple recipe for cupcakes.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 30 milliliters milk

  • Preheat the oven.
  • In a food processor, add the oats and grind for 2 minutes or until you obtain a flour.
  • In a mixer, add the eggs and beat. When the eggs are slightly frothy, add the milk, honey, and flour, and mix.
  • Place cupcake liners in a cupcake mold, add the batter, and bake for 25 minutes. Once ready, remove and let cool.
