Oatmeal Galletons

Healthy and light oat cookies, I really like oatmeal cookies and that’s why I’m sharing my secret recipe with you, you will like it a lot.

  • 200 unsalted butter , melted
  • 70 natural honey
  • 150 grams oats, whole
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 tablespoons granola, with honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder , chemical

  • Mix the butter, sugar, honey, and egg in a bowl
  • Mix the flour, oats, granola, and baking powder
  • unify the 2 preparations until it becomes a somewhat sticky paste
  • on a baking tray with parchment paper, apply about 2 tablespoons of the mixture
  • bake for 20 minutes previously preheated for 15 at 180°C or until the edges are slightly golden
