Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes are a dessert that, in addition to being delicious, is very healthy. Oats are a very nutritious ingredient that works perfectly in this dessert. It is a great treat for your kids.

  • 2 egg whites
  • vanilla essence, To Taste
  • cinnamon, To Taste
  • jam, For the Filling

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the jam.
  • Blend the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Heat a little oil of your preference in a skillet, pour half of the mixture, and wait for the edges to brown before flipping the pancake.
  • Repeat the previous step with the remaining mixture.
  • Place the pancakes on a plate, add jam to taste and fruits of your choice, serve cold or immediately and enjoy!
