Oatmeal Soufflé with Banana

  • 2 tablespoons Quaker® oat hot cakes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Quaker® old fashioned oats, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • In a bowl, add Quaker® Oat Hot Cakes, sugar, cinnamon, and milk, then add the bananas and mix.
  • Beat the egg whites for 5 minutes until they double in volume. Set aside.
  • Beat the egg yolks for 5 minutes until fluffy and change color.
  • Fold the egg whites into the yolks and mix gently, then add the banana mixture, mixing softly until combined.
  • Pour into previously floured soufflé molds.
  • Add oatmeal flakes for decoration.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Decorate with red fruits.
