2 tablespoons Quaker® oat hot cakes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 bananas, mashed
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
1/4 cups blueberries
1/4 cups raspberries
2 tablespoons Quaker® old fashioned oats, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 150°C.
In a bowl, add Quaker® Oat Hot Cakes, sugar, cinnamon, and milk, then add the bananas and mix.
Beat the egg whites for 5 minutes until they double in volume. Set aside.
Beat the egg yolks for 5 minutes until fluffy and change color.
Fold the egg whites into the yolks and mix gently, then add the banana mixture, mixing softly until combined.
Pour into previously floured soufflé molds.
Add oatmeal flakes for decoration.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Decorate with red fruits.
