Orange Cake

Very rich, you must try it, it is an old recipe, they are from my mother's recipe book, very easy to prepare.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, concentrated
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • orange zest
  • 200 grams margarine, butter or butter

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are creamy, incorporate the other ingredients little by little, beating with the rubber spatula, when it is all well integrated, pour it into a mold of your preference.
  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius, take the perparation oven for 35 minutes. if it takes off the mold and is ready insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean is ready cake. Sprinkle with impalpable sugar.
