1 kilo wheat flour
600 grams sugar
600 grams lard, Inca
2 eggs
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
2 teaspoons orange essence

Make a mound with the flour and orange powdered food coloring.
Incorporate the sugar, lard, and eggs in the center and cream them together.
Gently mix with the flour and food coloring.
Add the teaspoon of vanilla and the two teaspoons of orange essence, continue beating until you achieve a homogeneous dough.
Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out the flour with a rolling pin.
Shape the polvorones using a circular cookie cutter.
Grease and flour the baking sheet and place the polvorones in rows.
Bake at 150ºC for 30 minutes.
