Oreo Cheesecake

This cheesecake is very easy to make, it's delicious, and you don’t need an oven!! It’s an Oreo cheesecake where the cookie gives it a very special flavor.

  • 14 OREO cookies
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 2 sticks cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 lime, its juice
  • 1 dash vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoons water, fry
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder

  • Crush the cookies inside their bag, then pour the pieces into a bowl.
  • Mix the butter with the cookies until it forms a consistent paste, then put it in a mold to make your pie.
  • Once it’s in the mold, press it down with the base of a glass until the cookie is well spread.
  • Set the mold aside while blending the cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla in the blender.
  • In a small cup, mix the gelatin with the water until it’s firm, let it sit for 3 minutes, then microwave it for 10 seconds until it has a honey-like consistency.
  • Add a little of the mixture to the gelatin to bring it to the same temperature and then pour it into the rest of the mixture.
  • On the edges of the mold, spray a little cooking oil so it doesn’t stick when pouring in the mixture. Then refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours or freeze for 1.5 hours. :)
