This cheesecake is very easy to make, it is delicious and you don't even need an oven!! It is an Oreo cheesecake in which the cookies give it a very special flavor
Chop the cookies inside a bag, then empty the chips in a bowl.
Stir the butter with the cookies until it has the consistency of pie crust then place it in the pie pan where you are going to bake the cheesecake
Once in the pie pan, press the cookie crust with the glass bottom until it is well extended. Set aside.
In a blender, mix the cream cheese, the whipping cream, the condensed milk, the lemon juice and the vanilla.
In a small cup mix the unflavored gelatin with the water until it is hard, set aside for 3 minutes, then heat it the microwave for 10 seconds and to obtain the consistency of honey.
Add some of the mixture to the unflavored gelatin so that it gets the same temperature and then pour into the other mixture.
Spray some oil on the edges of the pie pan with the cookie crust so that it does not stick when pouring the mixture. Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour and a half.
