This cheesecake is very easy to make, it's delicious, and you don’t need an oven!! It’s an Oreo cheesecake where the cookie gives it a very special flavor.
Crush the cookies inside their bag, then pour the pieces into a bowl.
Mix the butter with the cookies until it forms a consistent paste, then put it in a mold to make your pie.
Once it’s in the mold, press it down with the base of a glass until the cookie is well spread.
Set the mold aside while blending the cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla in the blender.
In a small cup, mix the gelatin with the water until it’s firm, let it sit for 3 minutes, then microwave it for 10 seconds until it has a honey-like consistency.
Add a little of the mixture to the gelatin to bring it to the same temperature and then pour it into the rest of the mixture.
On the edges of the mold, spray a little cooking oil so it doesn’t stick when pouring in the mixture. Then refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours or freeze for 1.5 hours. :)
