  • 4 cups water, boiling
  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® Lemon Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups orange soda
  • 1 cup Tequila blanco
  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, hydrated
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
  • chile piquín , for decoration
  • lemon wedges
  • wedges of yellow lemon , for decoration

  • Add the Lime D’Gari® Gelatin packets to the boiling water and mix until combined, then pour in the lime juice, grapefruit juice, lemon soda, white tequila, and the hydrated D’Gari® Grenetina. Mix until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a pre-greased silicone mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Unmold the Paloma gelatin and decorate with chili powder, lime slices, and yellow lemon slices.
