  • 1/2 cups water, cold
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder, unflavored
  • 180 grams cream cheese
  • 450 grams canned peaches
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 tube María cookies
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • For the cookie crust: Crush the Maria cookies, pour into a pie mold; melt the butter and mix with the sugar. Press the cookies with your fingers to form the crust. Set aside.
  • Slice the peaches. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the syrup, add the gelatin, and mix until dissolved.
  • Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and syrup with the gelatin. Pour into the mold, arranging the peach slices.
  • Refrigerate until set. Before serving, decorate the edge with a star tip and whipped cream.
