Peach Clafoutis with Cream and Almonds

We made a tart with peaches and cream with a delicate touch of almonds and a smooth consistency that you will love due to the sour cream that gives it the perfect texture. Best of all, it bakes in 20 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, beat the San Juan® eggs with the butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and sour cream until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously floured cast-iron skillet, place the peaches, and add the sliced almonds.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream.
