Peach Clafoutis with Cream and Almonds

4 San Juan® eggs
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cups cow's milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups sour cream
2 peaches, sliced
3 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted
vanilla ice cream, for serving

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, beat the San Juan® eggs with the butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and sour cream until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a previously floured cast-iron skillet, place the peaches, and add the sliced almonds.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
