5 cups peach, peeled and sliced, fresh or frozen
1/3 cups syrup, maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1/4 cups brown sugar, well packed
2 tablespoons tapioca, MINUTE Tapioca
1 tablespoon yellow lemon juice
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder
1 cup brownie mix, for baking, all-purpose
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cups low-fat milk

Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a large pot, mix the peaches with the syrup, brown sugar, tapioca, lemon juice, and spices.
Bring this to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it bubbles vigorously.
Pour it into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Stir the baking mix, granulated sugar, and milk in a medium bowl until a smooth batter forms.
Drop heaping tablespoons of this batter over the still-hot fruit mixture.
Bake the cobbler for 18 to 20 minutes until it is golden.
