Peach Granita with Wine

  • 750 grams peach
  • 100 grams sugar syrup, or fructose
  • lemon juice , (1 piece)
  • 25 centiliters white wine
  • 300 grams cherry
  • 1 bunch peppermint

  • Place the peaches, white wine, lemon, and fructose in the blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes to achieve a smooth and thick liquid.
  • Serve in a glass container and place in the freezer for 6 hours.
  • Put 4 ice cream glasses in the freezer at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Take the granita out of the freezer and use a soup spoon to crumble it, starting from one corner.
  • Fill the well-chilled glasses halfway and add some fresh fruits like cherries, red currants, strawberries. Fill the glass to the brim with the crumbled granita.
