Peach Ice Cream

Making your own ice cream is not complicated, you just need an ice cream maker to do it. This peach ice cream recipe turns out delicious.

  • 4 cups peach, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 can coconut milk, (with fat), 400 grams
  • 1/2 cups sugar, or agave honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Put the peaches with water in a pot and let them boil. Reduce the temperature to low and let cook for 5-8 minutes, until the peaches become soft.
  • Blend the coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender. Add the peaches and process until it is a smooth mixture. Cover the blender jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • After three hours, place in an ice cream maker and prepare your peach ice cream.
