Peach Mousse for the Heat

It’s a dessert made with peaches; this peach mousse recipe will delight you. I like to prepare it during the hot season, and both kids and adults love it.

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can canned peaches
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 packages María cookies
  • 1 stick unsalted butter

  • In a bowl, stir the evaporated milk.
  • In a cup, heat the packets of gelatin, and once heated, add it to the evaporated milk.
  • Butter 4 pie molds.
  • Crush the cookies with the butter until a dough forms, then press it into the molds, adding the mixture.
  • Place the molds in the refrigerator, let them harden, and you're done.
