Peanut Butter and Chocolate Dessert

These delicious individual desserts of peanut butter and chocolate are a great way to express your affection this Valentine's Day.

  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, smooth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 450 grams semisweet chocolate

  • Combine the sugar and peanut butter in a mixer on medium speed until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, keeping the melted chocolate over hot water. Use a small spoon to coat cupcake liners with the chocolate. Make sure the chocolate covers the bottom and sides. Place the liners on a cupcake tray to maintain their shape. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes until they harden.
  • Take the liners out of the freezer and use a piping bag to fill them with the peanut butter mixture until they are 3/4 full. Fill the rest of each liner with melted chocolate; you can use a spoon for this. Return to the freezer for 25 minutes.
