Peanut Butter Oat Bars

  • 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/3 cups coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cups cranberries

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and blueberries.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour the previous mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cut while hot, let cool and enjoy.
