Peanut Yogurt with Granola

This walnut yogurt recipe with granola and peanuts, topped with a hint of grated chocolate, is simply spectacular. You only need five ingredients and ten minutes of your time!

  • 4 Oikos® nut yoghurt, (150g each)
  • 4 tablespoons peanuts, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons granola
  • 4 teaspoons chocolate, shavings

  • Place half of the Oikos® Walnut Yogurt in a small glass.
  • Add the peanuts and cover with the rest of the yogurt.
  • Top with granola.
  • Make chocolate shavings using a knife, scraping a chocolate bar. Place on top of the granola and enjoy.
