  • For the pie crust: Grind the wheat flour, sugar, salt, and egg in a food processor for 30 seconds or until a dough is formed, but it is important that the dough is not overworked. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
  • For the filling: mix the eggs, maple syrup, wheat flour, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
