Pie for the Heat

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 9 lemons
  • 170 grams María cookies
  • 90 grams unsalted butter , melted

  • Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender until well combined.
  • Crush the Maria cookies in the blender and add a bit of butter, forming a crust in a mold and then pour the previous mixture on top.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until the pie hardens.
