Apple Pie with Sandwich Bread

Delicious apple pie without the need to use puff pastry. Make this recipe as soon as possible!

  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 sticks cinnamon
  • 5 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • few cow's milk
  • vanilla essence

  • Cut the apples into very small pieces, place them in a pan with a splash of water. Wait for the apple to release some juice.
  • Mix the flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon; when the apple releases some juice, add that powder mixture and mix well until the apple looks a little brown.
  • Then turn off the heat on the pan and let it rest; meanwhile, mix the eggs, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, and the milk.
  • Heat 2 slices of bread in the microwave for 20 seconds, take out the bread and add 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture, close the bread and use a flan mold to cut the bread, it should look like a little ball with no edges.
  • After the little bread ball with apple is ready, dip it in the milk mixture and place it in a pan until golden brown.
  • Wait for them to cool down and decorate with whipped cream.
