Easy Apple Pie

A recipe inherited from my mother, easy, economical, and delicious. A guaranteed success.

  • 1 kilo apple, green
  • 1 glass cow's milk
  • 1 glass flour
  • 1 glass sugar
  • apricot jam

  • Buy 1 kilo of green apples, peel and chop all but one and a half that we leave for decoration.
  • In a bowl, mix one cup of sugar, one cup of flour, one cup of milk, and the chopped apples. Blend until everything is completely crushed. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  • Slice the one and a half apples very thinly and decorate the pie. Dissolve peach jam in water and brush the apples after placing them.
  • Bake for about 1 hour at around 200ºC.
