  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, combine the cups of flour, a pinch of salt, the sugar, and mix well.
  • Add the butter and mix with a fork until you have a dough similar to crumbly cookie dough. Add the tablespoons of water and incorporate everything.
  • According to your mold, roll out the dough on a flat surface, lift it, and place it in the mold. Prick the dough with a fork; remember to save some for decoration.
  • On your mold already with dough, place another mold of the same size on top, so that the dough does not puff up. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • To brown the dough, remove the mold from the top and leave it for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • For the filling In a pot, place the water, sugar, and butter with the chopped apples.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes to achieve a puree. Remove from heat.
  • Place on top of the dough and decorate with the reserved dough. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
