1 cup vanilla cookies
90 grams butter
190 grams cream cheese
387 grams condensed milk
1/4 cups lime juice
1 gram salt
2 avocados, medium

Crush the cookies until they are powdered and pour them into a bowl.
Melt the butter and mix it with the cookies thoroughly.
In a mold, place plastic cling wrap. Line the mold well.
Pour the cookie crumbs into the mold, spread it well, and press down to form the cookie crust of the pie. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt in your blender and blend very well.
When it is well crushed, add the lemon juice and blend one last time.
Once blended, pour the mixture into the mold and smooth it out. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
Once ready, unmold it and place it on a plate.
