180 grams sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
100 milliliters whipping cream
500 grams pumpkin purée, from Castilla
1 pie crust

Cut the pumpkin and remove the filling.
In a pot, add the pumpkin with water and boil.
Drain the pumpkin and blend it with a little water.
Peel and grate the ginger, set aside.
Add the evaporated milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, grated ginger, and eggs to the blender. Blend until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for one hour, remove and decorate.
