Cheesecake with cookie crust

  • 1 package María cookies, 170 g
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick cream cheese, 190 g

  • Chill and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Crush the cookies, reserving some for topping the cheesecake to achieve a golden crust.
  • Mix the rest of the cookies with the butter to form a paste and place it at the bottom of the cheesecake mold. Set aside.
  • Blend the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the mold and sprinkle the reserved cookie on top.
  • Bake in a water bath covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Cool and refrigerate the cheesecake for 2 hours before serving.
