Cold Oreo Cheesecake

  • 14 OREO cookies
  • 100 grams butter
  • 5 tablespoons water, fry
  • 4 tablespoons natural unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 380 grams low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk
  • chocolate, grated

  • Separate the filling from the 14 cookies and set aside.
  • Crush the cookies without filling.
  • Melt the butter and mix in the crushed cookies.
  • In a pie dish, spread the buttered cookie mixture all over the dish and flatten to form the base.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and set aside.
  • Blend the remaining ingredients (sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, cream cheese, cream, milk, vanilla) and add ¼ cup of cookies.
  • Heat the gelatin and water mixture in the microwave for 25 seconds on high power.
  • Add two tablespoons of the creamy mixture to the gelatin and mix until fully incorporated, then blend both mixtures.
  • Once blended, pour into the pie dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Whip 1 cup of heavy cream, place it in a piping bag.
  • Decorate the cheesecake with the whipped cream and grated chocolate.
