Healthy Pie

With this recipe, you can prepare a delicious cheesecake-style pie, healthy and tasty that you won't be able to stop making.

  • 200 grams requesón
  • 100 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup María cookies, or ground toasted bread
  • fruits, in season, sliced
  • raisins

  • Blend the ricotta, cottage cheese, and yogurt in the blender.
  • Beat the egg whites. Add them to the cheese mixture and fold in the lemon zest and raisins.
  • Grease a mold with margarine and cover with the cookies or ground bread.
  • Pour the mixture into it and place it in the preheated oven. Let it cool and unmold.
  • Decorate by placing sliced fruit on top of the pie.
