200 grams requesón
100 grams cottage cheese
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 egg whites
150 grams sugar
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup María cookies, or ground toasted bread
fruits, in season, sliced

Blend the ricotta, cottage cheese, and yogurt in the blender.
Beat the egg whites. Add them to the cheese mixture and fold in the lemon zest and raisins.
Grease a mold with margarine and cover with the cookies or ground bread.
Pour the mixture into it and place it in the preheated oven. Let it cool and unmold.
Decorate by placing sliced fruit on top of the pie.
