This delicious dessert has the huge advantage of being made in the microwave, which saves us time. I recommend making it while you prepare the rest of the meal. Its flavor is fantastic!

1 condensed milk
1 tube cookies, type maría
1 package cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
fresh fruits, for decoration
1 dash water
whipped creams, optional

In a hot skillet, add the cup of sugar and 2 or 3 teaspoons of water, mixing until a caramel is formed, being careful not to burn it.
Place the caramel at the bottom of an 18-20 cm cake mold. On top, break the cookies until completely covered.
Beat the eggs, cheese, and condensed milk in a mixer or blender.
Pour the mixture over the cookies.
Put it in the microwave for 8 minutes. If necessary, leave it for a few more minutes.
