Microwave Cheesecake

This delicious dessert has the huge advantage of being made in the microwave, which saves us time. I recommend making it while you prepare the rest of the meal. Its flavor is fantastic!

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 condensed milk
  • 1 tube cookies, type maría
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • fresh fruits, for decoration
  • 1 dash water
  • whipped creams, optional

  • In a hot skillet, add the cup of sugar and 2 or 3 teaspoons of water, mixing until a caramel is formed, being careful not to burn it.
  • Place the caramel at the bottom of an 18-20 cm cake mold. On top, break the cookies until completely covered.
  • Beat the eggs, cheese, and condensed milk in a mixer or blender.
  • Pour the mixture over the cookies.
  • Put it in the microwave for 8 minutes. If necessary, leave it for a few more minutes.
