Mint Cheesecake

  • 380 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Mint liquor
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pie crust, chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons sugar , green for decorating pastry

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar at medium speed. Add the mint liqueur and vanilla; mix well. Add the eggs; beat them just until combined.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the chocolate-flavored pie crust.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Dust it with sugar for decoration just before serving.
