This no-bake cheesecake will surprise the whole family; it is a simple, delicious, and very easy recipe to make. It’s just about grinding the ingredients and refrigerating the cheesecake. Delicious!
First, in your blender, crush the cookies until they become powder.
Then melt your butter (however you want, in the microwave or double boiler)
And mix the two ingredients, and when you have them well mixed and it looks like sand, you will put it in your mold to make a crust.
Blend the 2 bars of cream cheese, the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, and the lemon juice.
Mix the 2 packets of gelatin with half a cup of water (more or less) and let it sit for a while until it becomes like gelatin. In the microwave or double boiler, melt the gelatin until it looks like honey, and then pour it into the previous mixture and blend again.
This mixture will be poured into your mold.
You will put it in the refrigerator overnight. Or if not, in the freezer for 3 to 5 hours.
