No-Bake Cheesecake

A delicious cheesecake filled with cream cheese and lemon juice over a Maria cookie crust. If desired, you can add strawberries or another seasonal fruit on top.

  • 170 grams María cookies, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, lightly whipped
  • strawberries, fresh, sliced (optional)

  • In a bowl, mix the cookies, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press the crumbled cookies into a pie dish, covering both the bottom and the sides. Refrigerate.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, extra sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Gently fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread over the cookie crust.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 1 hour. Move the pie to the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. To serve, garnish with strawberry slices.
