3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
200 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cups sour cream, lightly whipped
strawberries, fresh, sliced (optional)

In a bowl, mix the cookies, melted butter, and sugar.
Press the crumbled cookies into a pie dish, covering both the bottom and the sides. Refrigerate.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, extra sugar, and lemon juice.
Gently fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread over the cookie crust.
Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 1 hour. Move the pie to the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. To serve, garnish with strawberry slices.
