  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups cream , lightly whipped
  • strawberry , fresh, sliced (optional)
