10 packages OREO cookies
1 unsalted butter
250 grams cream cheese
1/2 cans condensed milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 lime
8 tablespoons water, fry
30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
120 milliliters cow's milk

We separate the filling from the cookies. We crush the cookies, leaving the filling aside.
We melt the butter and then mix it with the crushed cookies.
In a mold, we place the crushed cookies mixed with butter as a base until it is completely flat.
We dissolve the gelatin in water and let it rest.
We beat the condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice, milk, vanilla extract, light cream cheese, and finally, we mix in the crushed cookies.
We heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds at maximum power.
We gradually add the warm gelatin to the previous mixture and beat until everything is combined.
Once the previous step is ready, we pour the mixture into the mold and let it refrigerate for 3 hours.
