4 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate cream, for the base
3 tablespoons butter, melted, for the base
6 packages cream cheese, 190g each
1/2 cups icing sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream, chilled
200 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons cocoa
200 grams milk chocolate, melted, for the cheesecake
200 grams white chocolate, melted, for the cheesecake
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decorating
4 wafer rolls, cut in half, for decorating
1/4 cups chocolate chips, for decorating
5 chocolate truffles, white, for decorating
1 stick bittersweet chocolate, in pieces, for decorating

For the base, place the cookies in a food processor and crush for 2 minutes, until you get a powder.
Mix the cookies with the hazelnut cream and butter until well combined.
Place in a cake pan lined with parchment paper, add the previous mixture and press with your hand to form the base. Set aside.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until you have a creamy and smooth consistency; add the whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form.
Separate the previous mixture into three bowls, adding cocoa and dark chocolate to one, milk chocolate to another, and white chocolate to the third. Mix gently until combined.
Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the cookie base and chill for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
For the second layer, pour the milk chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer, and chill for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
For the last layer, pour the white chocolate mixture over the milk chocolate cheesecake and chill for 15 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
Unmold the cheesecake and decorate with melted chocolate, wafer cookie, chocolate chips, white chocolate truffles, and more chocolate pieces.
