  • 15 oreo-type cookies
  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter , melted
  • 570 grams cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix the crumbs and butter; press this firmly against the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Add the eggs one by one; after adding each one, beat on low speed just until combined. Incorporate the rest of the ingredients; pour into the cake base.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake; let it cool before removing the ring from the pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
