600 grams reduced-fat cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup yogurt, skimmed
2 cups cow's milk
2 cups flour
1 cup artificial sweetener, diabetic sugar
1 envelope dry yeast
100 grams bittersweet chocolate, for the topping
160 grams clotted cream, for the topping
40 grams margarine, for the topping

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
For the cheesecake, beat all the ingredients together.
Pour them into a greased mold (22 cm in diameter) and bake for 40-50 minutes. Let cool.
For the topping, heat the cream almost to boiling.
Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir constantly.
When it has dissolved and formed the ganache, add the margarine and continue beating; this will give the topping more shine.
When it's lukewarm, pour over the cake and refrigerate.
