3/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
2 eggs, large
425 grams pumpkin purée, pure
1 can evaporated milk

Mix the sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Add the pumpkin puree mixture and sugar. Gradually add the evaporated milk. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake in the oven. Preheat the oven to 218°C for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 176°C, bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
