Coffee Pie

The coffee pie is unique since no one else makes it, but that's why I'm sharing my recipe so you can enjoy the delights of this dish.

  • 3/4 liters water
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 20 envelopes sweetener
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in ½ cup of water and dissolved in a double boiler
  • 2 packages low-fat cream cheese, reduced-fat (227 g each)

  • In a container, dissolve the coffee and the sweetener packets in water.
  • Place half of the coffee mixture in the blender and blend with the reduced-fat cream cheese, adding the gelatin gradually.
  • Incorporate the blended mixture with the reserved coffee mixture.
  • Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
