Easy Banana Pie Recipe

This banana pie is an excellent option to treat the little ones, as it is prepared easily and quickly.

  • 2 cups cinnamon cookies
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups rum
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/4 cups icing sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • bittersweet chocolate, for grating

  • Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with the help of a bottle.
  • Mix the cookie with the butter in a bowl and place it in a glass or ceramic pie dish, then refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • Whip the cream with the powdered sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Slice the banana. Cook the bananas with the sugar in a pan for 4 minutes, carefully pour in the rum with a ladle and flambé to coat the bananas.
  • To assemble the banana pie: place the bananas at the bottom, add the dulce de leche, cover with whipped cream, and grate the dark chocolate on top.
