In a bowl, place the breadcrumbs with the butter at room temperature for easy handling, and incorporate it with your hands until a dough forms.
In a previously greased pie dish (if it's glass, line it with well-greased aluminum foil), place the dough made with the breadcrumbs and butter, shaping it into a cookie, and bake for 15 minutes at 180º C. It can be in a conventional or electric oven (make sure your mold fits perfectly inside first). Remove from the oven and let cool.
Blend the condensed milk with the lemon juice and cream cheese. When the mixture is smooth, add a few sprigs of anise.
Once the cookie is at room temperature, add the previous mixture, decorate, and freeze for 2 hours and it's ready!
