Frozen Lemon Cream Pie

This recipe is ideal to prepare with your kids, it has a different consistency and an unmatched flavor!!

  • 1 package breadcrumbs
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bunch anise

  • Oven preheated to 180° C
  • In a bowl, place the breadcrumbs with the butter at room temperature for easy handling, and incorporate it with your hands until a dough forms.
  • In a previously greased pie dish (if it's glass, line it with well-greased aluminum foil), place the dough made with the breadcrumbs and butter, shaping it into a cookie, and bake for 15 minutes at 180º C. It can be in a conventional or electric oven (make sure your mold fits perfectly inside first). Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Blend the condensed milk with the lemon juice and cream cheese. When the mixture is smooth, add a few sprigs of anise.
  • Once the cookie is at room temperature, add the previous mixture, decorate, and freeze for 2 hours and it's ready!
