Frozen Lemon Pie

A delicious dessert for my nephews, fresh, quick, and simple. They will not regret making this pie.

  • 1 tube cookies, Maria type
  • 1 stick unsalted butter , (90g)
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190g)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime zest
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice

  • Crush the cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
  • Cover the base of a removable mold with an even layer of the mixture made from cookies and butter. Press down well to make it a hard layer.
  • Blend the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
  • Add the lemon zest and juice to the previous mixture and blend a little more.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the mold over the butter cookie base.
  • Put it in the freezer for 2 to 2 and a half hours.
  • Before serving, let the pie sit for 15 minutes outside the freezer.
